This is to inform the General Public that, the Administration of Ekiti State University, (EKSU), Ado Ekiti, have not released any Admission List for Undergraduates into the 2023 academic session.
Ekiti State University Ado Ekiti aka EKSU was established as Obafemi Awolowo University, Ado-Ekiti on 30 March 1982.
EKSU is the only university in Nigeria that has within a quarter of a century had its name changed four times. The name was changed to Ondo State University in 1985, University of Ado-Ekiti in November 1999, and to its present name Ekiti State University of Ado Ekiti in September 2011
EKSU is located about 12 minutes drive from the center of the city of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State in Western Nigeria.

How to Check EKSU Admission List for 2023 Academic Session
All candidates who were involved in the Ekiti State University (EKSU), 2023 Post UTME screening exercise should go through the following steps to check their admission status;
- Login to EKSU Admission Status checking Portal through the EKSU Official Website at https://eksuportal.eksu.edu.ng/check_admission.php
- Then, you Select Application Session eg. 2023
- Then, you Select Application eg. UTME
- And after that, you Fill in Your email address, registration no or form no as username in the required space.
- Finally, click on “Check Admission Status” to check your EKSU admission status
Note that, all admitted candidates are to Login to their Jamb E-facility Portal to “Accept or Reject” admission after being offered admission by Ekiti State University (EKSU).
APART FROM THAT, You can check your Ekiti State University Admission Status through the Jamb Website at your Jamb E-facility Portal through the following steps;
- Firstly, Login to your Jamb profile on the Jamb E-facility Portal by entering your “Email” and “Password“
- Secondly, Scroll down and click on “Check Admission Status“
- Thirdly, Then you click on “Access my CAPS“
- Fourthly, click on “Accept or Reject admission”.
- Lastly, Then you proceed to Print your Admission letter
Important Note on Ekiti State University (EKSU) Admission 2023
- No candidate will be offered admission IF his/her O’level result(s) have not been successfully uploaded in their JAMB CAPS
- If chosen as second choice, it must be changed to first choice University to be considered for admission.
- If you see “Admission in Progress” or “Not admitted” in your Jamb Profile, kindly wait for Jamb to upload your name.
- Candidates who may be given admission in other departments than the one they applied for should;
- Click on “Transfer Approval” to enable your admission to be processed on your Jamb CAPS
- And always check back later to “Accept or Reject” Admission
