About International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT)

The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (“Mechanism”) is mandated to perform a number of essential functions previously carried out by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (“ICTR”) and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (“ICTY”). 

What are the Requirements for IRMCT Recruitment Entry 2023?

The requirements for International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals Recruitment Entry 2023 are given below:
1. Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in information science, information systems, computer science, archival, or related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
2. Have a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in planning, design, development,
implementation and maintenance of computer information systems or related area is required;
3. Have a minimum of seven years in EDRMS systems deployment and EDRMS system business; and
4. Have a proven record of upgrading the EDRMS HP TRIM, HP Records Manager to Content Manager versions
5. English and French are the working languages of the Mechanism. For this consultancy, the consultant will be required to work, and provide all deliverables, in English.
