  •  Proven familiarity with (challenges and opportunities in) agribusiness and youth employment in agriculture projects.
  •  Proven knowledge on how to develop and/or assess (agri-) business plans.
  •  Proven capacity to synthesize information and present this in a format suitable to different audiences.
  •  Previous working experience in Kenya with UN and/or international organizations will be an asset.
